Greenwood, SC - Two women accused Greenwood County, stole money from the Confederation in a hurricane scam.
A federal grand jury accused Teresa Brown of Greenwood and Linda Jackson Hodges for false allegations claiming that the Federal Republic of Emergency Management Agency.
