State Farm Insurance seeks increase in car in South Carolina
More than a quarter of owners of public vehicles could tube with a rate increased to two in automatic mode insurance after a proposal from Secretary of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co.
State Farm request an overall increase of 5.9 per cent for private automobile transportation customers.
But the rate could be increased as much as 17 percent in Lexington, rich countries and the counties of Horry and could be higher than the average 21 percent in Chester, Fairfield, Kershaw, counties of York and Lancaster.
State Farm’s request for $ 17.2 million at rates higher, as the assurance of the economy prepares for a fundamental review of the state self-insurance.
